Lou's Relics offers antique and vintage furniture, collectibles and a wide variety of other great stuff! We strive to provide excellent service to our customers, whether you order by phone or visit us in our store. If you have any problem with our service, please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify the situation.
You may place an order by phone by calling 845-452-5820 during our normal business hours.
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm (eastern time). Please leave a voice message after regular business hours (or anytime when we are not there to answer your call) and someone will get back to you as soon as possible!
Product Descriptions
Lou's Relics pledges that all descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Our description is the only form of a certificate of authenticity provided unless otherwise stated in the item description.We strive to provide the most detailed descriptions possible. However, if you need further descriptions or additional pictures we will do our best to provide them. Please e-mail us any of your questions regarding any of the items shown on our Web site or use our online contact form.
Payments
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash, money orders, or certified check. Sales tax will be applied to orders being shipped to Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Florida. Items will not be released without full payment.
The purchase price does not include handling, packing, delivery or shipping. In some cases, a price for shipping and handling will be stated with the item. We will gladly make delivery arrangements, obtain shipping quotes or provide a list of shipping companies if requested. Please contact us if you require any of this information. We suggest strongly that you insure your item(s) while in transit.
All items must be picked up, shipped or delivery arrangements made and communicated to us within five business days from the date of purchase. Lou's Relics is not liable for damages that may occur to an item left over ten days in one of our facilities. These items are also subject to a monthly storage fee of 5% of the purchase price or a $25.00 minimum whichever is greater.
Lou's Relics highly recommends that shipping quotes be obtained prior to purchase. There is no relationship between price paid for an item and cost of shipping. We want to avoid “sticker shock” as regards to shipping costs after a purchase has been completed.
Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our one of our key objectives. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
- Lou's Relics receives notice of intent to return within three business days of receipt of item(s).
- Item(s) must be returned in same condition as was received.
- Lou's Relics must receive returned items within 10 business days of receipt of item(s).
- Purchaser is responsible for all return handling, shipping and delivery charges as well as any duty or tariff charges. Purchaser is also responsible for a 5% restocking fee.
- Lou's Relics suggests strongly that any returned items be insured in transit back to our facility, as the purchaser is responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping.
- This return policy applies only to those items purchased through our Web site, without first hand inspection in our store.
- There are some items that cannot be returned. Such items will be clearly marked as “NO RETURN” in the description.
Privacy and Security
E-mail communications to us are accessible only by designated recipients. Your personal information and e-mail address will not be shared with anyone.
